Role Overview
We are seeking an Actuarial Expert in Motor Pricing with approximately 4 to 8 years of experience to play a key role in the company’s pricing strategy. This position requires solid technical pricing expertise, strong knowledge of motor insurance products, and the ability to combine analytical rigour with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
This is a highly transversal role, involving close collaboration with data teams, underwriting, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders. The position sits at the core of pricing and directly contributes to the company’s growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models for Motor (Auto) insurance.

Contribute to strategic projects related to data, analytics, and new distribution channels.

Present and explain pricing methodologies and results to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Work closely with underwriting, product, broking, and data teams to support commercial objectives.

Participate in market studies and competitive analyses (Motor; Household experience is a plus).

Support the deployment and evolution of pricing tools (GLMs, Emblem, Radar, Radar Live).

Proactively propose pricing improvements, defend recommendations, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Desired Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in Motor/Auto pricing (essential).

4-8 years of total actuarial or pricing experience.

Experience within insurance companies; broking exposure is an advantage.

Strong understanding of the French and/or European motor insurance market.

Solid technical background in GLMs and pricing tools such as Emblem and Radar.

Curious, proactive, and business-oriented, with strong communication skills.
