We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to support financial services clients in identifying, designing, and delivering high-impact AI solutions. This role combines strategic advisory, hands-on solution design, and practical application of generative AI to help institutions translate innovation into measurable business value.
Role Overview
You will work with a renown financial institution to define AI use cases, align cross-functional stakeholders, and guide initiatives from concept through implementation. In addition, you will actively use generative AI tools to create prototypes, executive materials, and future product concepts.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Use Case Development

Lead structured discovery sessions to identify high-value AI opportunities

Translate business challenges into clear, prioritized AI use cases

Assess feasibility across data, technology, regulatory, and operational dimensions

Develop business cases and value propositions
Stakeholder Advisory & Project Delivery

Advise senior stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology

Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions

Define solution roadmaps and implementation approaches

Support pilot execution and scaling strategies
Solution Design & Prototyping

Design AI-enabled workflows and solution architectures

Develop proof-of-concepts and practical demonstrations

Apply responsible AI and governance considerations
Generative AI Application

Create executive-ready reports, concept narratives, and future product materials

Generate synthetic visuals and short video prototypes (e.g., executive scenarios for presentations)

Develop AI-enabled content to support innovation initiatives and product development
Experience
- Minimally 3-5 years of hands-on experience using AI tools in real business environments – not just understanding the theory, but applying AI to solve practical problems.

Confidence writing clear, well-structured prompts in both English and Cantonese.

Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly capture requirements through BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Comfort working with common collaboration and delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and ideally workflow or automation tools.
