This role is responsible for improving and scaling analytics operations across the organization. The focus is on streamlining ETL processes, consolidating and governing BI assets, and building sustainable analytics standards aligned with industry best practices. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in Alteryx and Tableau, drives operational excellence, and supports the evolution of analytics toward AI-ready solutions.

Design, build, and optimize scalable, reliable ETL workflows.

Monitor and improve data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency.

Lead the rationalization and optimization of Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflows.

Define and enforce best practices and governance standards for BI development.

Architecture, Standards & Lifecycle Management

Develop and maintain a sustainable analytics architecture.

Implement version control, documentation, and asset lifecycle management.

Data Governance & Compliance

Partner with enterprise data governance teams to ensure alignment with policies.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx and Tableau in BI operations and development.

Solid background in data engineering, ETL optimization, and modern data architectures.

Experience with data governance frameworks, compliance, and cloud platforms.
