Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly valuation and annual assumption reviews
- Support financial reporting, planning, and regulatory filings
- Conduct experience studies for life/annuity products and policyholder behavior
- Review MG-ALFA cash-flow projections and statutory reserve changes
- Assist in actuarial controls, governance, and risk documentation
- Manage monthly reinsurance settlements
- Engage with external auditors and actuaries
- Contribute to additional projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- FSA (or equivalent) with ~7+ years post-fellowship experience
- Strong background in annuity reinsurance/asset modeling preferred
- Proficiency with MG-ALFA; programming/automation a plus
- Knowledge of US GAAP/Stat, tax, solvency frameworks
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
