Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. The BA supports the full project lifecycle, from requirement elicitation through testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gaps, and pain points

  • Act as a liaison between business users and developers/vendors

  • Support system design, implementation, and change management activities

  • Assist in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with business goals

  • Maintain proper documentation and provide post-implementation support
