The Client Service Associate role is central to the advisor-client experience, ensuring seamless client interactions and efficient operational support. This position is based in the the San Fernando Valley area, serving as the go-to partner for advisors and High-Net-Worth clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, account setup, maintenance, and documentation.
- Process money movements (journals, wires, EFTs) and assist with billing/reporting.
- Handle client inquiries, tax info requests, and issue resolution.
- Maintain CRM data, compliance documentation, and assist with trade execution.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of relevant client service or operations experience in wealth management or financial services
- Holds active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or is open to attaining them within a year.
- Familiarity with estate planning a plus
