Client Service Associate

I’ve partnered with a distinguished wealth management firm, who is widely respected for providing holistic, fiduciary-focused advice and highly personalized client service. Their advisors and client service teams are known for long tenures, stability, and a culture rooted in trust and professionalism.

The Client Service Associate role is central to the advisor-client experience, ensuring seamless client interactions and efficient operational support. This position is based in the the San Fernando Valley area, serving as the go-to partner for advisors and High-Net-Worth clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding, account setup, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Process money movements (journals, wires, EFTs) and assist with billing/reporting.
  • Handle client inquiries, tax info requests, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain CRM data, compliance documentation, and assist with trade execution.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of relevant client service or operations experience in wealth management or financial services
  • Holds active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or is open to attaining them within a year.
  • Familiarity with estate planning a plus
