We are partnering with a fast-expanding claims organization looking to add an experienced Commercial Auto Bodily Injury Adjuster to their team. This role will focus on handling trucking-related BI and PD claims, including litigated matters, from initial investigation through resolution. In this role, you will manage a caseload of commercial auto claims with a strong emphasis on bodily injury exposures. You will be responsible for handling claims end-to-end, including coverage analysis, liability determination, investigation, reserving, and settlement negotiations.
You will work on litigated files, ensuring proactive claims handling strategies and timely resolution. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex claims scenarios.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and enjoys working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Prior experience handling litigated commercial auto BI claims is essential. An adjuster license is required or willingness to obtain.
