Manage Excess Casualty claims as needed, including complex or high-exposure matters.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior claims professionals.

Review new and existing claims, including analysis of contractual language, to determine coverage and prepare detailed assessments.

Assess actual and potential liability exposures, establishing accurate and timely claim reserves.

Monitor and identify emerging claim trends and exposures impacting the portfolio.

Partner with underwriting and key stakeholders to share insights on claims activity and trends.

Maintain accurate, organized claim files and an up-to-date diary system.

Prepare case summary reports for matters involving significant reserve adjustments.

Develop management reporting and present findings during claims meetings.

Participate in client, broker, and industry networking meetings when appropriate.

Provide cross-functional support to other teams as needed.

Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives.

Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
