Key Responsibilities:

Lead change requests for CRM and Marketo Engage, ensuring timely and aligned implementation.

Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Marketo Engage and CRM systems.

Optimize engagement strategies with a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle.

Manage projects from inception to completion, adhering to project management best practices.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with development teams for seamless execution.

Oversee technical development to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
Preferred Skills:

Experience managing end-to-end insurance product launches, particularly with Adobe Marketo Engage (Salesforce and other CRM experience is a plus).

Strong background in leading complex projects and working in Agile environments.

Experience collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, and product teams.
Qualifications:

University degree, ideally in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in managing large-scale projects.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Marketo Engage; Salesforce or other CRM expertise is an advantage.

Strong understanding of the financial services and/or insurance industry.

Excellent project management, business analysis, and communication skills.

Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must.
