CRM Project Manager – Financial Services

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the development and execution of customer journey strategies, utilizing industry-leading tools like Adobe Marketo Engage and CRM technologies to enhance engagement and deliver business results. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team of experts and leaders, taking on new challenges to make a meaningful impact on clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change requests for CRM and Marketo Engage, ensuring timely and aligned implementation.

  • Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Marketo Engage and CRM systems.

  • Optimize engagement strategies with a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle.

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, adhering to project management best practices.

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with development teams for seamless execution.

  • Oversee technical development to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing end-to-end insurance product launches, particularly with Adobe Marketo Engage (Salesforce and other CRM experience is a plus).

  • Strong background in leading complex projects and working in Agile environments.

  • Experience collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, and product teams.

Qualifications:

  • University degree, ideally in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in managing large-scale projects.

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Marketo Engage; Salesforce or other CRM expertise is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of the financial services and/or insurance industry.

  • Excellent project management, business analysis, and communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must.
