A leading financial services client of ours is seeking a Data Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of advanced data solutions across Asia. This role combines technical leadership with project management expertise, focusing on AI, Business Intelligence (BI), and data governance. You will ensure the execution of scalable, secure data solutions that align with business goals and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Data Initiatives: Oversee the delivery of data analytics, BI, AI, and governance projects across various markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and on-time execution.

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on solution design and architecture, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards. Resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless integration.

Collaborate with Stakeholders & Teams: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams and promoting collaboration across regions.

Drive Strategic Data Execution: Translate business requirements into actionable data and AI-driven solutions that empower data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure all data solutions comply with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards, maintaining high data quality and integrity.

Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, provide updates to leadership, and identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 8+ years in data delivery, BI, or technology project management with a successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.

Skills: Strong technical expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and AI technologies.

Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team coordination skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with data governance frameworks, compliance standards, and SDLC practices.

Industry Experience: Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is highly desirable.
