DevOps Tech Lead – Kubernetes & GCP

One of our most exciting clients, a public institution, is looking for a highly technical DevOps Lead. You will be in charge of technical direction for complex container platforms for the whole organisation.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and deliver changes and sub-projects on container platform solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and implement business requirements
- Take ownership of complex application platforms
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of internal and external experts
- Define priorities, ensure quality delivery, and manage resources and budgets
Profile
- Degree in IT or equivalent technical education
- Several years of experience with Kubernetes and container management, and ideally with experience with Google Anthos.
- Experience working in agile environments, including team coordination or leadership
- Solid understanding of CMS, distributed systems, and modern architectures
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in German and English.
