Who We’re Searching For:
- 10-15 years of hands-on programme management and delivery experience, with in-house transformation exposure highly valued.
- A relentless executor who excels in ambiguity, adapts swiftly, and confidently structures programmes while engaging senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding communicator and influencer-fluent in English (spoken and written), with Asian language proficiency a distinct advantage.
- Skilled at guiding diverse, multi-location teams with integrity, strong analytical thinking, and decisive judgement.
- Passionate about operational/digital transformation, technology evolution, strategy execution, and change leadership.
