Role Summary
The Field Claim Adjuster will be responsible for assessing insurance claims arising from varied circumstances. The role entails traveling to sites, verifying information, inspecting damages, and determining claim validity and value. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect property damage and interview claimants and witnesses to gather pertinent information.
- Analyze information gathered through investigations to establish the extent of the company’s liability.
- Determine appropriate settlement amounts based on assessments and policy terms.
- Coordinate with repair professionals to estimate repair costs.
- Document findings comprehensively and process claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and support claimants through the claims process.
