Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of regulatory reporting specific to property and casualty insurance to ensure compliance with National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial systems that support the reinsurance programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with reinsurance.
- Enhance financial models and develop strategies to improve fiscal benchmarks and enhance corporate profitability linked to reinsurance activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports and contribute to their professional development.
