About the Role
You’ll work with clients to assess their current operational environments, software development life cycles, and delivery practices. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities to embed AI, whether through intelligent code generation, AI‑assisted requirements design, test automation, or agent‑based development workflows, and shaping practical, high‑value solutions.
This is not a role for someone who has experimented lightly with AI tools. We’re looking for practitioners who understand the realities of enterprise delivery, can evaluate complex environments, and can recommend best‑practice approaches grounded in real experience.
What You Bring
- Strong experience across the SDLC, including requirements design, engineering practices, and quality assurance
- Hands‑on experience applying AI to real delivery challenges (e.g., code generation, test automation, workflow optimisation)
- The ability to operate as a consultant, comfortable assessing environments, shaping recommendations, and influencing senior stakeholders
- Confidence leading workshops, framing problems, and guiding clients through new ways of working
- A pragmatic mindset, with the ability to balance innovation with feasibility
