ICT Planning & Governance Manager

Our client, a well-established Swiss organisation operating complex, real-time environments, is looking for
ICT Planning & Governance Manager to lead a newly structured team within their ICT Planning & Governance function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with real impact, shaping governance standards, strengthening planning capabilities, and acting as a key interface between IT and the business.
The role:
You will lead a newly formed team of 3 direct reports, embedded within a wider ICT Planning & Governance unit of 20-25 people. The position combines operational leadership with governance expertise and strong stakeholder management.
They’re looking for someone with:
* Proven Team Lead experience
* Strong background in ICT governance and standards, COBIT Experience
* Solid understanding of PPM / PMO environments
* Experience as a Requirements Engineer or close collaboration with business stakeholders
* A hands-on, outgoing, can-do mindset
* Fluent / native-level German (essential), English fluent
