We’re looking for a Senior Project Leader combining Project Management + Team Leadership to run a fixed team of 12-15 people (analysts, architects, devs, testers) and drive end-to-end delivery within a major digital transformation program for the public sector

Dual role: Project Manager + Team Lead

Agile/Scrum for delivery, Prince2-style governance

Manage scope, budget, planning, risks & stakeholder communication

Oversee team follow-up, objectives, training & evaluations

Portfolio of ≈ €4M/project (1 priority project + 1 secondary + maintenance projects)

Ability to understand technical contexts (non hands-on)

Experienced PM with team leadership (10-15 people)

Strong in Agile + classic PM frameworks

Comfortable in fast-changing, multi-stakeholder environments
