Entry-Level IT Vendor Analyst – Hybrid (Dublin North) – Salary DOE


Entry-level hybrid role based in Dublin supporting a small, high-performing IT vendor management team. Focused on vendor coordination, data analysis, and process improvement within a technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support renewal of IT consultancy agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs) with internal stakeholders

  • Maintain vendor management trackers and documentation

  • Analyse processes and suggest improvements using data or automation tools

  • Help manage the vendor intake log, workflows, and ticket triage

  • Contribute to internal updates or newsletters on vendor management processes

  • Support development of a preferred vendor list

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Procurement, Business, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills

  • Comfortable working with data and tools such as Excel or Power BI (desirable)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
