Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain back-end functionalities using Java and related frameworks.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve existing systems.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems to ensure optimal application performance.
- Support the continuous improvement of developers’ tools and processes.
Key Skills
- Proficient in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with back-end frameworks and technologies, specifically those related to Java development.
- Knowledge of database management and related technologies.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other members of the Information Technology department.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced banking environment.
