Lead Accountant – Insurance Exp. Required

Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting and regulatory submissions pertinent to life insurance.
  • Ensuring compliance with guidelines from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).
  • Lead and manage the financial team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and regulatory reports.
  • Make strategic decisions based on financial analyses that align with company goals.
  • Proactively engage in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulatory requirements and adapt accordingly.
