Job Opportunity: Part-Time Office Assistant

We are currently assisting a global insurance leader to fill a part-time Office Assistant position within their Operations Department. This organization is widely recognized for delivering innovative insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.

This role is 27 hours per week and offers an immediate start. The position will include front desk responsibilities and requires a proactive individual who can support both administrative and operational tasks.

3 Month rolling contract


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, document management, and email correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry and reporting tasks using Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate internal communications and provide support for departmental projects.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Skills:

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong capabilities in the following areas:

  • Previous experience in administrative, operations, or customer service roles.
  • Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
