Responsibilities
- You will actively contribute to implementing solutions from requirements analysis through to operations.
- You will be responsible for operating and continuously developing our Oracle databases in Microsoft Azure.
- You will perform error analysis and resolution within Oracle and provide support on database-related issues.
- You will take charge of system maintenance (performance optimization, patching, data backup) as well as the ongoing development and documentation of operational processes.
- You will play an active role in the design and implementation of migration or modernization projects.
Profile:
- You will be an experienced Database Administrator
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle database architecture, PL/SQL programming, as well as performance optimization and troubleshooting in complex database environments.
- Ideally, you bring initial experience or a strong interest in modern cloud database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL Database, PostgreSQL).
- You work in a structured, analytical, and proactive manner, demonstrating a high level of initiative and quality awareness.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
