We are partnering with a large regional organization undergoing a major business and digital transformation across it’s operations. The conglomerate is seeking an
Organizational / Business Transformation Manager to lead change initiatives that enable teams to successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
This role plays a key part in ensuring transformation programmes deliver real business value by aligning people, processes, and technology. You will work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and programme stakeholders to drive organisational readiness, manage change impacts, and support the adoption of new systems and capabilities across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and transformation delivery, with the ability to guide teams through complex transitions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement organizational change strategies to support business and digital transformation initiatives, focusing on stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption.

Drive change management planning and execution, including leadership engagement, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments.

Partner with programme teams, operational leaders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate how new systems or processes affect teams, workflows, and operations.

Identify risks, root causes of resistance, and operational gaps, and develop mitigation strategies to support effective transition and adoption.

Provide regular programme updates and transformation insights to senior leadership across multiple markets or business units.

Facilitate engagement sessions and stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment and maintain momentum throughout the transformation journey.

Advise stakeholders on effective communication strategies, helping to develop clear messaging and narratives that support change adoption.

Collaborate with product teams, subject matter experts, and training partners to develop learning materials and enablement programmes for employees.

Establish and manage feedback mechanisms throughout key transformation phases, including project kickoff, user testing, implementation, and post-launch review.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or digital transformation initiatives.

Proven experience delivering change within large-scale transformation programmes, particularly those involving technology or operational improvements.

Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence across different levels of an organization.

Experience working in fast-paced, multi-country or multi-stakeholder environments.

Familiarity with structured change methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar frameworks is advantageous.

Exposure to automation, AI-enabled tools, or data-driven transformation initiatives is a plus.

Fluency in Cantonese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
