In this senior role, you’ll shape the strategic direction of our Internal Developer Platform, mentor a team of platform engineers, and serve as the primary technical authority for platform architecture decisions.
Skillset Required:
- A minimum of 15 years in platform engineering, infrastructure architecture, or related technical leadership roles is required.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift at enterprise scale
- Must have a strong understanding of IDP concepts including developer portals, golden paths, and platform-as-a-product thinking.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native architectures is expected.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
- Stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels are necessary, along with experience with hybrid cloud architectures (on-premises, public cloud, and edge).
