Product Owner
A global insurer operating in the London Market is seeking a Product Owner to support its International Specialty business as part of an ongoing digital transformation.
You will play a key role in shaping digital priorities, translating business needs into product solutions, and working closely with stakeholders across underwriting, operations, claims, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of product initiatives across the international business
- Translate business strategy into product roadmaps and outcomes
- Engage stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive alignment
- Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value
- Develop user stories and support agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe)
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and quality expectations
- Support change management and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Product Owner or similar role
- Insurance or financial services background preferred
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
