We’re partnering with a growing insurance organization seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive delivery across software, data, and infrastructure projects.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own projects end-to-end, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, balance multiple priorities, and help bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage risks, dependencies, and changes to keep projects on track
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, business units, and external partners
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage projects using both Agile and traditional frameworks
- Ensure proper testing, validation, and quality standards are met
- Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
- Oversee documentation such as project plans, requirements, and user materials
- Support continuous improvement of processes and delivery practices
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing IT or technology-focused projects
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in insurance or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with project financials and resource planning
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
