Looking for a QA Lead to manage quality assurance processes by leading a team, developing test strategies, overseeing test execution, and collaborating with development and product teams to ensure software quality and reliability before release.
Key Responsibility:

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality protocols tailored to project goals

Supervise the execution of various test types, including manual, automated, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Work closely with product managers and development teams to align on release cycles, clarify requirements, and resolve issues

Define, monitor, and report on quality metrics, such as test coverage, defect density, and test progress, to stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement in the overall QA process by documenting procedures, identifying weaknesses, and implementing new solutions
Requirements:

5-8 years of Testing and Leadership experience in Insurance field is required

Hands-on with Test Strategy, Test Plan, and execution, ideally with both Manual and Automated testing

Strong understanding with the Insurance industry

Fluency in English and Cantonese (both spoken and written)
