A fast-growing, data-driven insurtech platform is hiring an Operations Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join its Group Operations Reporting team. This role sits at the intersection of insurance, data, and regulatory reporting, with direct exposure to senior leadership. The team is moving quickly and looking to hire in the near term.
Job Requirements

Experience owning insurance regulatory reporting, with a strong preference for commercial lines and hands-on state or regulator reporting

Ability to independently pull, analyze, and validate data using SQL, Snowflake, and Excel (this is a hands-on analytics role, not a request-only function)

Strong understanding of insurance data and the ability to work confidently with large, complex data-sets

Experience supporting data calls tied to audits, regulators, Legal, Compliance, or Finance

Proven ability to troubleshoot data quality issues end-to-end and own them through resolution

Experience building and maintaining operational KPIs and reporting, including Power BI dashboards

Comfort partnering closely with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership

Ability to translate regulatory requirements and technical findings into clear, practical explanations for non-technical stakeholders
