The attorney will handle high-stakes commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, including potential trial and appellate work. Responsibilities include:

  • Case Strategy & Management: Develop litigation strategies for intricate business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership conflicts, and regulatory matters.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, providing clear guidance on risk assessment and litigation options.
  • Courtroom Representation: Lead or support trials, hearings, and depositions, ensuring meticulous preparation and persuasive advocacy.
  • Legal Research & Drafting: Prepare motions, briefs, and other substantive filings with precision and creativity.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals to ensure efficient case progression.
