Job Vacancy: Reporting Manager

Currently, we are representing a leading client in the Insurance industry in their search for a dedicated and knowledgeable UK/US GAAP Reporting Manager. This is a permanent position located in the finance department of our highly esteemed client.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of financial statements compliant with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US/UK GAAP)
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for regular audits
- Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
- Manage a team of financial professionals, setting objectives and reviewing performance
- Maintain current knowledge of developments in UK/US GAAP regulations
Key Skills
- Extensive experience in Statutory Reporting specifically in US GAAP
- Must be Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Must have Insurance experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with finance software and databases
- Detailed-oriented with excellent organisational skills
