We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our client in Dublin on a remote basis. Our client is currently undergoing a massive digital transformation and seeking a Scrum Master to join their high performing team.
This opportunity is open to candidates in EU to work on a remote basis.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
- SAFe certified (or relevant SAFe experience)
- Experience with PI planning
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident working with Jira

Job Opportunity: Scrum Master
Our client, a leader in the Transportation and Logistics industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join their Change Management team on a contract basis. This role requires a dedicated individual who excels in a dynamic environment and is passionate about agile methodologies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Assist the product owner with product backlog management and prioritization.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Monitor progress and performance and help teams to make necessary adjustments.
- Identify and remove impediments to team efficiency and performance.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile projects.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to Agile methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and collaborative skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Effective organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and changing environments.
- Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I or PSM II) preferred.
