Senior Data-Driven Business Experience Lead (Investment Focus)

About the Role
Join a dynamic BI team within an international investment environment that is undergoing transformation. You will work at the intersection of data, business, and customer experience, with the freedom to take initiative and deliver impact.
We are looking for a senior profile, autonomous, and eager to contribute to complex and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client journeys (personal bankers, investment flows) and identify how data can create more value.
  • Leverage an internal data model and mini data lake, widely used across the bank, to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Build and industrialize dashboards in Power BI to track, monitor, and improve KPIs related to investment and strategy.
  • Use SQL (and SAS as a plus) to query data, validate insights, and challenge assumptions with a critical eye.
  • Present analyses to business stakeholders through clear storytelling, graphs, and impactful presentations.
  • Collaborate within an agile (transitioning from waterfall) environment, alongside data, IT, and business teams.

Profile

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in data/BI roles, ideally in banking or financial services.
  • Strong command of Power BI and SQL; knowledge of SAS is a plus.
  • Critical mindset: not just executing queries but understanding and questioning data with business impact in mind.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (French or Dutch is a strong advantage).
  • Autonomous, proactive, and experienced in handling complex data projects.
  • Solid understanding or genuine interest in investment and financial services.
