Senior Java Developer – Output Management / M/TEXT TONIC

We’re looking for a Senior Application Developer (Java) to join an output management migration project. In this role, you’ll develop, migrate, and maintain interactive kwsoft M/TEXT TONIC templates, translating business and functional requirements into modern, stable, and maintainable solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Migrate existing templates from legacy systems to M/TEXT TONIC
- Test and validate templates in close collaboration with the business
- Develop complex templates for automated batch processing
- Continuously improve development standards and processes
- Collaborate with a tech-savvy, agile team in a dynamic environment
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience in output management (M/TEXT TONIC experience highly desirable)
- Strong Java skills (or equivalent languages)
- Solid experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Git
- Agile mindset, teamwork, and strong communication skills (SAFe is a plus)
- Fluent German (written & spoken)
Nice to have:
- Jira and SQL experience
- Experience with agile frameworks like SAFe
