Senior Paralegal – Corporate & Contracts

Overview
A growing company in the insurance industry is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support corporate, regulatory, and contract functions. This role works closely with in-house attorneys on contract reviews, corporate governance, and compliance support across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with reviewing, drafting, and coordinating a variety of agreements.

• Assist with corporate governance tasks & conduct legal research related to corporate and regulatory matters.

• Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and licensing-related tasks.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; manage invoice routing and payment tracking for the legal department.

• Contribute to special projects and provide general administrative support to the legal team.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE 3+ years in a legal, insurance, or corporate contract-focused environment (ideally at a corporate in-house legal team)

• Must HAVE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Preferred: familiarity with insurance terminology, products, or regulatory frameworks; paralegal certification.
