We are looking for a Senior Expert in Regulatory Policies to join a team of regulatory and policy specialists. You will work on developing and ensuring consistency of regulatory policies and participating in developments regarding regulations.
This is a highly dynamic environment: regulations evolve constantly and your expertise will guide the organisation in applying new rules effectively. You will collaborate with other specialists on challenging topics, interpret regulatory developments and translate them into actionable policies.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor national and international prudential regulations
- Provide clear, practical guidance to executives, finance teams and operational units.
- Support policy implementation across processes and systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on technical regulatory matters.
- Participate in industry discussions to ensure informed organisational positions.
Your profile:
- Expert in prudential regulation with a strong track record in banking supervision, audit, risk or finance.
- Master’s degree (e.g., Finance).
- Big 4 Advisory background
- 8 + years relevant work experience
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Collaborative, proactive and capable of influencing at all levels.
