What You’ll Do:

Lead the UX/UI Design Process: Own the end-to-end design journey from initial user research all the way through to product launch, ensuring exceptional digital experiences for our clients.

Drive Research & Prototyping: Lead user-centered design research, create prototypes, and conduct testing to gather insights and refine designs.

Craft Intuitive User Interfaces: Develop wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and sitemaps to create seamless, user-friendly experiences across our digital platforms.

Ensure Consistency Across Platforms: Design scalable, consistent experiences across devices and screen sizes, while adhering to brand guidelines and industry regulations.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product owners, developers, data analysts, and other designers to bring user insights into innovative design solutions.

Test and Iterate: Conduct user testing to validate design solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and are aligned with our vision.

Set Design Standards: Establish and promote design best practices, guidelines, and standards to elevate the overall user experience.

Support Departmental Initiatives: Collaborate on key departmental projects, contributing your expertise and fresh ideas to drive success across the organization.
What You Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in the financial services or a highly regulated industry.

Strong conceptualization skills and an eye for visually communicating complex ideas.

A deep understanding of user interface design patterns and user-centered design (UCD) principles.

Proficiency with design tools like Sketch, Figma, MIRO, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.

Experience with Agile Scrum, A/B testing, and platforms like Qualtrics or Adobe Analytics.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Familiarity with software project management and development workflows.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
