Senior Software Engineer (Verification Platform | AI & Cloud | Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Senior Developer to join a high-impact engineering team building next-generation verification technology from the ground up. This is an opportunity to play a key role in re-architecting a business-critical platform that powers real-time identity and facial recognition systems using cutting-edge AI.
Working closely with international teams, you’ll help design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems while shaping engineering standards and mentoring other developers.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the design and development of a modern verification platform from the ground up

Build and scale real-time facial recognition and identity verification systems

Collaborate with technical leadership and global teams to deliver robust solutions

Contribute across the full stack using technologies like Golang, React, and cloud platforms

Drive best practices in code quality, performance, and system reliability

Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a high-performing team environment
The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex technical projects

Strong background in one or more: Golang, .NET/C#, React, TypeScript, Kafka, SQL

Experience building microservices and working with cloud-based architectures

Ability to coach and mentor engineers across a variety of technical areas
