My client, a Top Private Equity firm ($70b) is looking for a Vice President of FP&A to join their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models and forecasts (short- and long-term).

• Analyze multiple scenarios to support strategic decision-making.

• Create clear reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

• Support financing and growth initiatives with financial analysis.

• Complete ad hoc analysis for key corporate priorities.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.

• Advanced financial modeling skills (three-statement models).

• Experience with FP&A tools such as Adaptive Planning or similar.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Comfortable working with large datasets and presenting insights to executives.

• Background in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity a plus.
