Meet the Team: OJ Frankfurt

Oliver James Frankfurt may have been open a matter of months, but this office signifies several years’ worth of work in the region.

The team spearheading our German operation brings almost 50 years’ professional experience to the table, looking after clients and candidates nationwide. Get to know the people making it all happen…

Oliver Kipcic – Director

Oliver is OJ Frankfurt’s Director, heading up the quickly growing team since May 2017. Oliver has nine years’ recruitment experience drawn from Hays and Michael Page, where he was very successful in billing on both perm and contract desks. His aim at the company is to drive profitability, enhance business development, invest in the team and open new divisions across Germany.

Nadine Lippert – Managing Consultant

Nadine is a Managing Consultant with five years’ experience in recruitment and account management within the banking and non-FS sectors. She joined Oliver James in April 2017 after seeking a new challenge somewhere fresh and exciting. Nadine takes care of the finance market, placing mid to senior-level candidates in an array of roles. Her future goals are to build strong client relationships and make the perm desk a success.

Michele Zappietro – Managing Consultant

Michele joined OJ in June 2017, and has already hit the ground running in his discipline. He brings with him three years’ experience in perm finance recruitment, an area in which he has won two awards at his previous agency. Michele was attracted to the vision, possibility and opportunity here, and sees his future as one where he can contribute to our domination of the German marketplace.

Matei Blazeka – Manager

Matei started at OJ in June 2017, bringing with him more than six years’ experience in perm finance recruitment. At his last company, Matei was rated top performer two years’ running – a level of tenacity he is sure to replicate on our finance desk. Matei enjoys the start-up feeling of the Frankfurt office, as well as the backing of our international business, and sees a bright future with us.

Tobias Luger – Senior Consultant

Tobias has a rich and varied background, founding his own facilities management company, travelling around Asia, and working for the last two years in financial consultancy. He came to OJ in April 2017 as a Senior Consultant because he saw an opportunity to implement real change. Tobias recruits contract and interim roles across the insurance sector, specialising in lower and middle management placements.

Sandra Beck – Office Manager

Sandra is another one of our new additions, joining OJ Frankfurt in June 2017 as Office Manager. Sandra’s background is in secretarial and administrative roles, where she has acted as a vital support function within legal and multilingual environments. Her main reason for choosing OJ was the opportunity to assist a young and motivated team, where she hopes to contribute to the innovative and dynamic culture.
