Director of Product – Digital Experience | Life Insurance
We’re partnering with a leading Life Insurance organization undergoing a significant transformation across its Product and Digital functions.
This is a high-impact Director of Product role, with end-to-end ownership of digital experience across customer, partner, and internal channels.
Fully remote, this is a contract-to-hire opportunity (typically 4-6 months) with a clear path to a permanent leadership role.
The Opportunity
Digital Experience sits at the heart of how the business engages, covering everything from customer communications through to login and access journeys.
This is not a steady-state environment, this is about building, evolving, and transforming how things are done.
What We’re Looking For
- High levels of drive, curiosity, and resilience
- Proven product leadership, including performance management across teams
- Data-driven, with a focus on standardisation and scalable process design
- Experience building products and processes from the ground up (0 → 1)
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- A “doer” who can bring structure, rhythm, and pace to delivery
- Track record of building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Experience driving digital adoption and transformation in manual/legacy environments
- Strong grounding in product frameworks and how to apply them effectively
