Director, Product Management – Enterprise Platforms | Life Insurance
We’re partnering with a leading Life Insurance organization currently investing heavily in its Product and Digital capabilities.
This is a Director, Product Management role, responsible for a suite of enterprise platforms that are fundamental to both customer experience and internal operations.
Fully remote, this is a contract-to-hire opportunity (typically 4-6 months) with a clear pathway into a permanent leadership position.
The Opportunity
Enterprise Platforms are central to how the business operates day-to-day, enabling sales, servicing, workflow management, and commission processes across the organization.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio including Salesforce, Back-Office Workflow, Contact Centre Technology, and Commissions.
This is not a BAU role, there is a genuine opportunity to enhance, streamline, and modernise how these platforms enable the wider business.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong drive, curiosity, and resilience
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams
- Data-led mindset, with a focus on standardisation and scalable processes
- Experience building capabilities from the ground up (0 → 1)
- Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
- Someone who brings structure, pace, and accountability
- Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience delivering change across complex, often manual or disjointed environments
- Strong understanding of product frameworks and how to apply them in practice
- Experience in Shared Services environments is a plus
- Salesforce knowledge would be highly advantageous
