About the Role
Join a forward-thinking organization in the health and group pension sector, where data is at the heart of strategic decision-making. You'll be part of a dedicated data intelligence team of 20 people, responsible for delivering impactful data solutions across the organization. The team is composed of Business Analysts, Data Architects, Technical Analysts, and Project Managers, all working in synergy to enable a data-driven culture.
As part of a long-term modernization effort, the company has recently transitioned its data environment to Azure, embracing tools such as Data Factory, Databricks, and Power BI. This role is central to supporting data governance and data quality in a modern, evolving ecosystem.
Your Mission
As a Data Steward, your role will focus on improving the reliability, quality, and transparency of data assets across business domains. You will collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders to build a strong data management foundation.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and evolve the business data glossary
Improve and monitor data quality processes
Support the implementation of data governance frameworks
Help bridge the gap between data producers and consumers
Collaborate with stakeholders to better shape and document data requirements
Contribute to the adoption of modern tools and best practices in data management
Tech Environment
Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI)
Informatica (data quality & metadata management)
Centralized Azure Data Warehouse
Your Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in data management, data governance or as a Data Steward
Familiarity with data quality tools, ideally Informatica
Good understanding of Azure data solutions
Structured mindset with strong attention to detail
Able to work transversally with multiple teams
Languages: French and Dutch (passive comprehension required), English is the working language across the team
