Oracle DBA / Devops - Cloud Migration & Automation
Location: Ticino, Switzerland (ONSITE) | Sector: Banking

We're currently working with a leading financial institution in Ticino that's seeking an experienced Oracle DBA Consultant to support their ongoing cloud migration initiative. This is a key role focused on automating the deployment of database components and streamlining infrastructure using modern DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate database deployment processes using Infrastructure-as-Code principles

• Collaborate closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to maintain efficient and reliable deployment pipelines

• Contribute to the shift toward a cloud-native architecture

• Implement scripting and automation best practices across enterprise-grade database environments

Ideal Skill Set:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle database systems

• Proficient in automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform

• Confident working with Git for source control and collaboration

• Solid grasp of DevOps workflows and deployment automation concepts

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical thinking

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Able to work independently and communicate clearly in cross-functional teams
