Our client, a leading international group of businesses is seeking for a Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join their newly set up business in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Arranging, reviewing and negotiating service contracts relating and maintenance of the Singapore office, including telecoms and office supplied
- Assist in the induction of new staff, ensuring relevant documentation is maintained
- Administration of travel for the Singapore team and travel arrangements for visitors
- Assisting with the preparation of both internal and government reports
- Creating and maintaining office guidelines
- Diary management for team, scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls, coordinating team travel plans, invoicing and expenses management for team
- Ad hoc daily support to ensure smooth running of office and management's activities; answering phones, taking messages, responding to emails as instructed, greeting business guests, etc
Key Skills:
- At least 8+ years of office manager experience and preferably experience in setting up an office
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
