Our client, a leading international group of businesses is seeking for a Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join their newly set up business in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Arranging, reviewing and negotiating service contracts relating and maintenance of the Singapore office, including telecoms and office supplied
  • Assist in the induction of new staff, ensuring relevant documentation is maintained
  • Administration of travel for the Singapore team and travel arrangements for visitors
  • Assisting with the preparation of both internal and government reports
  • Creating and maintaining office guidelines
  • Diary management for team, scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls, coordinating team travel plans, invoicing and expenses management for team
  • Ad hoc daily support to ensure smooth running of office and management's activities; answering phones, taking messages, responding to emails as instructed, greeting business guests, etc

Key Skills:

  • At least 8+ years of office manager experience and preferably experience in setting up an office
  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
