Oliver James are currently partnering an established, successful challenger bank as they look to add a strong finance business partner to their high performance FP&A team.
This business operates in the subprime segments of their market and has provided financial services products to over 1.5 million UK customers for more than a decade. They have built a fantastic reputation for themselves as one of the go-to alternative finance companies in the UK market.
This role will sit with in the FP&A team and will be responsible for business partnering a number of business units, including product, customer & digital functions. You will work closely with executive teams to challenge, influence and drive strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering
- Financial Advisory
- Identifying financial efficiencies, influencing costs & resource allocation
- Producing monthly MI
- Budgeting, forecasting
- Financial Analysis
- Process Documentation
Necessary Experience:
- 2+ years PQE (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- 3+ years FP&A experience
- Outstanding communication skills (including presenting to senior management)
- Project/People Management skills
