For an international and leading company in FMCG field, I'm looking for a HR Business Partner.
Main responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategy in order to improve performance of the business in terms of providing resources, reward, organizational development, interpersonal relationships, support services - salaries, administration and benefits
- Support and guide management in selection, promotion and retention of qualified personnel to ensure a sufficient flow of resources while, at the same time, optimizing the cost of investment in employment
- Support activities of reviewing the expertise of staff in all categories of the organization in order to provide accurate, timely and complete information to the management and regional offices
- Set criteria and improve services to ensure costs are within budget and provide increased productivity of human resources
- Create and improve information network within and outside the company in order to achieve that information and resources contribute to achieving business goals
- Establish a connection between employees and local community so as to create positive, ethical and efficient work environment
- Responsibility for legal activities within labour law, statutory and any other activities of the company, as well as for all formal decisions of the company
- Additional responsibility for compliance with local legislation and efficient adjustment to the regulations of the group on the global level
- Responsibility for internal and external communication and creating a good corporate image
- Actively participate in the work of local community in order to influence regulatory processes of interest to the company
- Cooperate with the local media, channel their activities according to the interests of the company
- Actively work on creating a good corporate climate and effective work environment
- Responsibility for operational budget of the department and salary budget
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong people leadership skills and ability to positively influence people
- Oriented to providing services to clients
- Ability to develop strategies and shape them into clear action plans
- Open to changes and ready to challenge the "status quo" and take initiative
- Focus on achieving results

- Computer literate (Windows Office)
