Our Client is an international Insurance/Insurtech. They are seeking a Junior/Mid Insurance Accounting specialist to join their already established team.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in preparation of the quarterly and annual financial statements
- Implementation of reports for the preparation of financial statements in coordination with controlling
- Audit-proof documentation of the processes
- Preparation of accounts with re insurers
- reporting to the supervisory authority
- Participation in projects for process optimisation in accounting
Essential Factors:
- Successfully completed studies in economics, insurance specialist
- 3-5 years professional experience in accounting or auditing
- knowledge of the accounting of insurance companies
- Strong analytic and conceptual skills
- IT affinity, very good knowledge of Excel and databases
- Solution-oriented and structured way of working
- Team orientation as well as high willingness to learn and work
- MS Excel, knowledge of JIRA/Confluence would be an
