A global life insurance organisation is currently looking to hire an Operations Controls Director to join their newly established team in their regional office.
The role:
- Drive and support Operations Line capabilities enhancements within APAC
- Drive the execution of Risk Assessment Frameworks across Operations in the region
- Assist the preparation of report on KRIs, incidents and corresponding strategy
- Promote internal risk awareness including the use of GRC tools and ensuring its quality
- Work with second line to ensure Risk and Audit results are successfully delivered
Requirements:
- Life Insurance experience is a must
- Seasoned background in Risk and Controls across different Lines of Defence
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Past experience in Regional role would be preferred
- Proficient in English is a must
