Salesforce Pre Sales Solution Architect (Financial Services Cloud) -Responsibilities :
- Pre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, engage with potential clients, and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
- Utilize your deep understanding of the product's architecture and capabilities to effectively communicate its value proposition to prospects.
- Solution Architecture: Work closely with the development team in Australia to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of the product in the UK market.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using our Financial Services (FS) cloud offering.
- Product Customization: Analyse the UK market requirements and provide guidance on necessary adjustments and enhancements to the existing product.
- Collaborate with the Australian team to coordinate the development and implementation of new features and functionalities tailored to the UK market.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT directors, and Salesforce administrators, to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
- Provide expert advice on the customization and optimization of our product to meet their specific needs.
Salesforce Pre Sales Solution Architect (Financial Services Cloud) - Requirements:
- Solid experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, with a focus on Financial Services (FS) cloud.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce ISV products is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to effectively coordinate activities between the Australian development team and the UK market.
