The company:

My client are a well established P&C insurance business, and headquartered in FL, with other offices in GA, VA, IN and TX. They are adopting more Agile Methodologies, investing in new technology across policy, billing and claims. They are also expanding to write business in new states, as well as initiating cloud projects across the business. There is a lot of investment around technology and their teams are changing the culture to ensure growth and continued success!

The role:

Looking for BAs that can bridge the gap between Business and IT, there will be lots of interaction with Technology and QA teams. The BA will be involved in all phases of the system development life cycle, from planning to deployment. Truly a great opportunity with a lot of business and technology exposure!

The successful BA will be responsible for:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • Business requirement gathering
  • Manage workshops
  • Create technical documents
  • User Cases/Stories

The successful BA should have the following skills:

  • 2-4 years' experience within the insurance industry
  • Experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven experience of working with Policy, Billing, Claims or Underwriting in a P&C business
  • Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
